If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Passport-sized photo

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

*2. Bank Statement or Statement of Financial Support

An official letter from a bank or financial institution certified by local Chinese Embassy or Consulate General is required. Funds must show at least: one academic year tuition.

*3. Scanned copy of the information page of a valid personal passport. The passport must be valid until at least March 1, 2027.

*4. Notarized Highest Diploma

Prospective diploma recipients must submit official proof of student status or expected graduation date by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

*5. Academic Transcripts (in Chinese or English)

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

*6. Study Plan or Research Proposal (in Chinese or English)

800 words for master applicants.

*7. Recommendation Letters (in Chinese or English)

Applicants for Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree programs must submit two recommendation letters in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors of related fields.

*8. Health Check Up

The original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form is uniformly printed by Chinese healthy quarantine departments. It must be written in English and can be downloaded from Foreigner Physical Examination Form. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

*9. Non-Criminal Record/Police Clearance

Non-Criminal Record Report provided by authorities of the country or permanent residence of the applicant. If the applicant is unable to provide this document, as a substitute, the applicant could contact the applied university to sign a non-criminal record commitment.

*10. English proficiency test certificate

For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.

11. Work Experience/Publication (If Applicable)

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
